Our trailers fit our boats perfectly and have been designed to last.

FEATURES OF our
STANDARD 
STINGER TRAILER.

All trailers are not built the same. Here at Stinger Boats we do not trust anyone else to make trailers for our boats.
(We tried sub-contracting the work out, but we found we were being short changed on steel thickness etc. We tried getting a big-name trailer manufacturer to make our trailers, we found them to be little different.)

It is just too important for the safety and long life of your valuable boat to slap it onto any old trailer. It was not good when we found we had clients who absolutely loved their Stinger but were not happy with the second rate trailer under it. - not good, not good.

Over the years we have gone through the process of designing the trailer that fits our boat perfectly, works as it should, and will last. It has been a process of evolution until today we have a tried and tested design built by ourselves to our standards.

Our trailers are made from 100% Pure Australian Steel and their build quality must be seen to be appreciated. Some other trailers are built with recycled imported steel that is not as strong as 100% Pure Australian Steel . Some other trailers are built out of good steel, but the wall thickness is too thin to last

Stinger "roll off - drive on" trailers are easy to use and are made to fit our boats.
Our trailers are ideal for beach launch and retrieval.
The weight distribution is so good and the roller system works so well that it is easy for one person to push launch the boat off the trailer.
No need to submerge the whole trailer to get the boat off. In fact, most times it is our experience that we back down the ramp until the tyres just touch the waters edge. The Stinger Boat can then be easily pushed into the water, with a minimum of effort . No need to wet the trailer wheels, bearings, brakes, axle etc .
( Launching from trailers fitted with skids instead of rollers, by comparison, is much more difficult. It's not to bad if the skids are wet to provide a bit of lubrication, but, naturally, the skids are rarely wet when you arrive at the ramp, so it is usually necessary to put the trailer far enough into the water to float the boat off. This results in the trailer wheels, bearings, brakes, axle etc being saturated with water. No such trouble with the Stinger trailer setup.)

CUSTOMISE YOUR STINGER TRAILER with ADDITIONAL EXTRAS / FEATURES Listed below.
Any or all of the extras can be added to our excellent STANDARD Trailer to make up a trailer that best suits your needs.

1. "C" section 5mm thick steel construction (better galvanizing - no bare spots as you sometimes get inside square hollow section. (SHS). - Better wash down- nowhere for salt residue to hide.)
2. Wired and fitted with 5mm aluminium checker plate removable light board assembly incorporating a heavy duty motor support bracket
3. Expanded HD mesh walkway. A generous 400mm wide.
4. Pneumatic 8" tyred swing away galvanised jockey wheel.
5. Tie down rail running full length of trailer both sides, plus additional tie down eyes at rear mid and forward points
6. Stainless steel roller pins in centre rollers
7. Galvanised tow hitch assembly.
8. Galvanised axle assembly
9. Bearing Buddies
10. Single or Dual Axle
11. Spring sets (Australian Made) Galvanised and rated at 1500Kg load.
12. Spare wheel including spare bearing set.

Stinger trailers can be trusted whether you are towing your boat down to your local ramp or heading to the gulf for that fishing trip of a lifetime.

Rollers and winch post will be adjusted when the Stinger 580 is finally on the trailer. Load bearing centre rollers have 19mm stainless steel axles.
