Above: Stinger 580 "S" fitout with bow rails and hydraulic steering fitted as optional extras. This vessel is transported on a Stinger single axle trailer with 400mm wide walkway and galvanised Australian made springs and spare wheel and hub with bearing set fitted as optional extras. Note the trailer is constructed from "C" section to give a better galvanising job.
Left: A down view of the "S" layout. Note the forward deck, casting platform and lockers are included, but the aft deck, lockers and casting platform are not included in the "S" layout. One of the forward casting platform lockers can be made into a kill tank or large live well or ice box if desired as an optional extra.
Also note that the door covering the anchor well has a white gelcoat finish without grey non-slip fitted as can be seen on the port and starboard gunnel tops running back from beside the console.
Note the four flush fitted rod holders x two each side. The forward ones face outwards and backwards at a 45 degree angle, whereas the aft pair face directly back.
Note the two bait bins at the aft end. One of these can be fitted with an aerator system as an extra if desired.
BELOW: This Stinger 580 "S" is fitted with a 90 Hp Tohatsu x 2 stroke which gives this rig excellent performance. Speeds on first day out were, at 4500 revs 27 knots (50 kph approx) 5,400 revs 32 knots (58 kph approx)
Note the scuppers, one on each side which allow for self draining deck. Underfloor area is created by the use of all fiberglass stringer backbone system and voids are filled with polyurethane foam blocks which gives positive flotation beyond that required under the USL Code.

Bennett Trim Tabs have not been fitted to the "S" model fit-out but can be added if desired.
Bennett Trim Tabs enhance lateral stability if uneven loading or windy conditions are encountered frequently in your area of operation.

ABOVE and BELOW: These views show the side pocket one each side which is 1230 mm long x 125 mm high opening with a fully lined gelcoat finish in the box itself. The rear side lockers can be seen with hatch open. The opening is 500 mm long x 200 mm high with a fully gel coat lined box inside.
The capping is also filled with foam all around each box giving even more positive flotation. This fitout does not have the rod tubes fitted to the forward side locker.
